All of our stores remain open to ensure that you have access to all the groceries and essentials you need during this time. You can shop from any of our stores in Melbourne. (You can locate our store addresses here.) You can also shop online and enjoy our home delivery service across Australia.

1. Can I still place an order? Will India At Home deliver the package?

Yes, we are operating as usual and you can continue to buy any in-stock product from our online store. However, please be advised that the delivery time may be longer than usual. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions.

2. How do I know the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order from the My Accounts dashboard on our website. Once your order is shipped, we'll email you the tracking number so you can track the shipment.

3. Can I change the delivery address after I've placed the order?

You can change the delivery address for an order until it ships.

4. Can I still make returns?

We encourage you to return the package when it's safe to do so. Click here to learn more about our returns policy.

5. What is India At Home doing to keep customers and employees safe?

We are taking special measures to help you shop safely. The health of your family, our teams, and the community is our top priority and we are trying our best to make it safe for everyone.
We have significantly increased cleaning across all of our stores. We’re using hospital-grade disinfectants to clean up our stores and warehouses.

6. Is it possible to reduce contact with the delivery-person when they deliver my package?

Yes. Our delivery partners have introduced Non-Contact Delivery to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back.

7. What about out of stock product?

Due to increased demands in grocery products, you may see many everyday grocery products out of stock and may not be able to add them to cart. However, we are working with our suppliers round the clock to restock these products.

If you would like to be notified when a particular product is made available for purchase again, you can subscribe for Product stock Alert. To do so, sign in with your India At Home account, go to the product page for which you'd like to subscribe the alert, and hit the green button near the price tag that says "Notify me when the product comes back in stock."
