Once the pan is adequately heated, place the Bajra Roti on it. Allow it to cook for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on one side. You'll notice small bubbles forming on the surface. Flip the roti using a spatula, and let it cook on the other side for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute. Press down gently with the spatula to ensure even cooking.
