How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments via both — Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard) and Bank Transfer Payment methods.
Is Credit Card payment option safe to use?
Shopping with India At Home is safe and secure. We use secured payment gateway from eWay that uses industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details.
How do I know my order is being processed and is delivered to me?
Once your order has been placed and received in our system, our team in the warehouse will process it for packaging and shipping. Once the order has been dispatched by our warehouse team, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your order.
Can I make any changes to my order after I have placed it?
You can request for changes in your order until it has been processed. If you would like to make any such request, reach out to our sales team on care@indiaathome.com.au and quote your order number along with your change request.
Can I cancel my order?
When you place the order, our team starts working on it at the earliest and hence, if you would like to cancel the order, please send your order cancellation request along with your order number to our sales team on care@indiaathome.com.au immediately. Please note that order may not be canceled if it has been already processed at the time of receiving your cancellation request. Please refer to our Return Policy here
I have received an incorrect or damaged item, what should I do?
Although we try to make each other perfect, sometimes, things can go wrong. We really feel sorry when this happens. But if this has happened to you, please drop us an email with following information so that we can fix the things for you:
  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Product name and the SKU (this can be found in your order confirmation email)
  • Picture of the incorrect/damaged item
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an exchange facility. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, feel free to reach out to us on care@indiaathome.com.au and we shall arrange an exchange, subject to our Return Policy.
