How to use: Start dals and curries with a tadka of cumin, mustard or fenugreek seeds in hot oil or ghee. Build the base with turmeric, coriander and Kashmiri chilli, and finish with garam masala and crushed kasoori methi. Use amchur for tangy chaat and sabzi, ajwain in parathas and pakoras, kalonji on naan and in pickles, and fennel in curries or as an after-meal mukhwas.
Store in a cool, dry place and reseal each pack after opening.

Almost all the items contain local manufacturers names, addresses and the telephone numbers. Should any manufacturers information not be available, we shall happily provide it to you upon request. This policy does not limit your rights as customer.
